How much will I need to save in order to buy?


This question has no set amount, because every situation is different.

With the help of your loan officer, we can determine how much you’ll need out of

pocket prior to house hunting!  There are programs where you can come in with

3.5% and programs where you can come in with 0% down. Let's talk with
